Information we receive

We may receive contact details, company information, service requirements and documents that you choose to provide. Do not send passwords, full payment-card data or unnecessary sensitive information.

How information is used

Information is used to respond to enquiries, define and deliver requested services, coordinate authorised providers, maintain records and meet applicable legal or compliance obligations.

Identity verification

When identity verification is required, you are redirected to Veriff to capture an identity document and selfie and to perform biometric and liveness checks. AVENFORD receives and stores the verification outcome, provider session identifier and completion time. Passport images, selfie media and biometric templates are processed and retained by Veriff under its privacy and retention terms and are not stored in the AVENFORD client portal.

Service providers

Information may be shared with authorised formation agents, address providers, accountants, couriers, technology providers or other parties required to deliver an agreed service.

Retention and security

Records are retained only for legitimate service, compliance and administrative purposes, with reasonable technical and organisational safeguards.

Your choices

You may request access, correction or deletion where applicable, subject to legal, regulatory and record-retention requirements.
