Client information

Clients are responsible for providing complete, accurate and lawful information and for reviewing documents before signature or submission.

Third-party decisions

Registries, banks, payment platforms, tax authorities and other providers make independent decisions. AVENFORD does not guarantee approval, processing time or continued access.

Fees and external costs

Professional fees, government charges, courier costs and third-party subscriptions are confirmed where known and may be subject to provider changes.

Acceptable use

Services may not be used for unlawful, deceptive, restricted or unauthorised activity. Additional verification may be required.
